our policy

 Our dedication is to the client and their complete satisfaction for the work we do. We offer free layouts to choose from and from there, the client decides whether they wish to proceed in purchasing the design or make any changes. The design will not be delivered to client in high resolution until payment is complete. Once payment is complete, the design/s will be sent via email link for download. Client will have a full business week to download the files. If deadline is missed, link can be resent. 

 All sales are final once the completed files have been sent. If for any reason client is unhappy with files that were sent we will resend or fix to client's satisfaction. 

 Again, our goal is for complete satisfaction for our clients and we will honor that goal.
