hOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ARTWORK?
 Once design is approved and payment is complete, you will receive an email with a Dropbox link for download of files. You will receive a high resolution PSD, PNG, JPEG file and EPS and PDF for vector based designs.
 
FOR MY LOGO DESIGN, WILL I NEED TO PAY EXTRA FOR A SIMPLE VERSION FOR EMBROIDERY AND SUCH?
 No. If you are purchasing a full color 3D version of a Logo Design, You will receive a high resolution PSD, PNG, and JPEG of a simple version as well as an EPS and PDF vector file.

ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE? 
 Absolutely. We thrive on the satisfaction of our clients and do all we can to keep you coming back to us. We offer a 10% discount to Customers who make a referral and 20% discount to Repeat Customers. (Design Work only) 
 
CAN YOU SUPPLY PRODUCT?
Unfortunately We do not provide product but we can direct you to several companies that we are the works with. 

WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE A PRODUCTION COMPANY I WANT TO USE?
 No problem. At your request, we will send the completed files needed to the company of your choice. 

CAN I GET SAMPLES OF MY DESIGN ON A PRODUCT?
 Unfortunately, we cannot send physical samples but when creating a Product Design, we do send virtual sample sheets for proofing. This allows you to see exactly what your Design or Logo will look like on product. Such as on a Tee Design, you will receive a virtual layout of your Design on several different colored tees to help ensure client satisfaction of completed Design.

WHAT IS MY INCENTIVE FOR USING YOUR COMPANY? 
 There are several reasons but the number one reason is that there is absolutely NO RISK involved. If you do not like the samples that we send you, you pay us nothing for our time. 
 We have over 30 years experience in the business and we always strive for customer satisfaction. We go above and beyond for our clients and every job, no matter how big or small is equal in importance.  

WHAT ALL CAN YOU DESIGN?
 Although we mainly specialize in Logo and Tee Design, we have experience in many fields of design. We have created everything from Business Cards, Brochures and Signs to Vehicle Wraps. If it's design-able, it's do-able and again, if we can't or you do not like it, you pay us nothing for our time.
